Use Charlie's All Purpose full strength for hands, clothes, showers, tubs and sinks, tires, the dog, etc.
Use Charlie's All Purpose at half strength if you still need enough detergent to get the job done but rinsing with a lot of water will be difficult: Counter tops, stove tops, appliances, scuffs on floors, walls, etc.
Use it at quarter strength for spray on/wipe off cleaning: Table-tops, furniture, vinyl car seats, etc.
